It's just ok. The room was clean enough.. The a/c heating unit was extremely noisy..when it turned on it had a terrible rattling and screechy noise that settled down after about a minute. But this happened every single time it turned on...all night long. The breakfast would keep you from starving to death but wasn't very good. Id only stay there again if there were abs no other options.

It was not the best. When I checked in there weren’t enough towels for 2 people and very little toilet tissue. Housekeeping was not good either. The clerk called me after I had left the hotel asking if I needed more time past the checkout time. I informed her I had already left before the checkout time. She then told me that housekeeping was saying a female was giving them trouble about checking out. I was shocked that she thought that was me even after I told her I had already left the hotel before the checkout time. I didn’t like being accused of being difficult when it clearly wasn’t me.

Could use more detailed cleaning in corners and baseboards in common hallways. Be prepared I reserved a jacuzzi suite tub was dirty with ring around the tub and hair. I always clean those tubs regardless before I get in was disappointed that detail was missed. Checked for bugs initially nothing was found. Went to lay down for the night and a random cockroach ran across the bed. Seemed to be a incidental moment upon rechecking nothing was found again. Not a bad place just mediocre as I expected for Greenville.

Overall our stay was good and comfortable. There was a problem with room access keys. We had to have room keys reprogrammed 3 times out of 4 times that we left the room.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The room was filthy, with stains on the sheets and a broken toilet. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and it took hours to get any kind of response to our complaints. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—definitely not worth the price! I stay at hotels 3-4 nights a week and never write reviews…STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS IT IS DIRTY IN THE ROOMS AND NOT A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY!

My stay at the Best Western in Greenville was EXCELLENT!!!!! First, Ricky at the front desk was great. If there was anything I needed he was on top of it. For example, I needed extra pillows for my fiance. At other hotels I have to explain why I need extra pillows and its always a hassle. However, Ricky said give me a sec and then he delivered the pillows. This is just one example of the type of service he provided for our stay. Second, the continental breakfast attendant Bobby. He was great, he made sure everything was sanitary and clean. Plus, he provided great conversation. Overall, the service was excellent and I recommend anyone staying in Greenville to book with Best Western.
