Disappointed

Rooms were dirty bathroom was dirty bugs on the floor. We had to change rooms because bathroom issue and the room was no better the 2nd time. Will not be staying here again. For the price of the room there should have been no issue and the rooms should have been clean. No excuse

When i booked through Expedia - nothing was said about a deposit at the property. The clerk at the front desk wasn’t going to let me check in without paying it. The property is going through renovations, which is very much needed, but the lack of not having trash cans in the room and construction debris still in the floor in a “clean” room along with the shower having dirt on the shower walls with a fan that doesn’t work so everything in the bathroom is wet, and the fact that the bathroom didn’t even have hand soap makes the “deposit” a joke. And for anyone needing to sleep in- construction starts at 6AM on a Sunday. And the elevator is out of order for anyone with a handicap.

Had no idea we booked a hotel under renovation. Upon arrival on August 29, I thought the place was closed. Not being able to enter through the front door was a no for me. Supplies all over the front, side and back of property. The room had a musty, mildew smell, smelly carpet, tub was so dirty and I took pic of black mold spots on the bathroom ceiling. I hope they are doing more than making the outside look nice..really needs a total makeover to the rooms and bathrooms. I spoke with the front desk receptionist and told her that I checked the website and didn’t see anything about hotel under renovation. Her response was, “ I can tell them to add it”. No discounted fees on stay or anything….WE CHECKED OUT THE NEXT MORNING!!!!

The check in process was poor. The room was dusty and smelled of meldew. The staff were friendly. In all fairness, the hotel is being remodled. I, however will never stay in that Holiday Inn again.
