I booked it because a pool was advertised but the pool had no water in it and wasn't usable during my stay. I could have booked a muxh less expensive hotel without a pool had I been made aware.

Pool wasn’t working, driers were out of order and not working, which we really needed since we were there playing a softball tournament. Also quite a few of our group had to move rooms because the A/C wasn’t working in the rooms. Very disappointing!

Check in and staff were excellent. Now for the downside, we had several members of a Youth softball tournament staying at this motel they were very disappointed that the pool was not available for use and their parents were very disappointed that the washer And dryers were not working well.
