Nothing working, no vending machines, no ice, no gym, no jacuzzi. The continental breakfast was cold coffee, almost frozen bagels that when I cut crumbled, waffle maker not working, no eggs. The pictures tell a completely different story. The staff was pleasant, but you could see the embarrassment. Never again

Upon arrival the bed was unmade, bathroom floor and tub had hair in and out it and there was a cockroach. I did get a new room which was in better condition but didn’t even receive an apology or acknowledgement other than “here’s the new key”. The rest of the place looked to be in poorer condition as well.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The rooms had an unclean smell. The shower was so nasty. It was pubic hair everywhere. I wish I could post a picture here but I’m not sure if I could or even should. Outside look amazing but we will not be staying here anymore.

The desk manager at check in was excellent. The room while small was clean and nice. The continental breakfast was ok and had waffles. The hotel was in very good order. We will stay again.
