Very close to Delta State University, and we just didn't want to travel all day for North half swimming team, which we won by the way, swim, then travel another 3 hours back home afterwards. Very convenient and economical for the pric! Even had an extra participant stay with us, and they didn't charge us for it!? Very understandable and professional.

Not bad for a night or 2, bed was comfortable.Room had a lil weed smell but nothing a can of air freshener didn’t handle.

The room was clean, but had a strong cigarette smoke smell. We bought an air freshener to cover the odor rather than complaining given the low rate we were charged for the room. The shower was a plus. It was clean and, although dated, had great water pressure.
