Everything was great except I forgot to ask for a handicap room for my husband and they were sold out. But this was my fault. The hotel and staff were great. Would definitely stay again but in a handicap room!

My wife and I had never stayed at this hotel before and were extremely impressed with the hotel overall and the room. Very nice place to stay and we will be staying here in the future when we visit Greenville.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Everything was new. I enjoyed everything from the scent when you walked in to the high ceilings in the rooms that made everything feel larger and more like home and less like a hotel. I will definitely be staying at this hotel as often as I can.

Don’t let them give you a handicap accessible room. The shower leaks water outside of bathroom area. The shower in room 102 wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower smelled like urine and had yellow stains in one corner of shower. The body wash was completely empty. I had to leave for work so I wasn’t able to complain to the front desk in time. When I went to the lobby no one was behind the desk so I left. Hopefully someone from that property will see this comment and reach out to make this right. This is my first bad experience at this hotel. I normally enjoy my stay.
