Stayed here for a weekend while visiting some family in the area. We booked the large suite with two queen beds and a pull out. The room was very large and decent however there were blood stains on one comforter which really bothered me. The bathroom was pretty clean and it had a jack and Jill sink which I usually never see so that was super convenient for our party of 5 that was staying in the room. Every front desk staff member was extremely courteous and helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. We spent time in the pool which we were lucky enough to have all to ourselves and was pretty nice. The breakfast buffet options were pretty great compared to most. And if hotel breakfast isn’t your thing there was a Cracker Barrel right next door and a Waffle House across the street. Ample parking, no bugs or mice were seen. Overall definitely worth the stay and will be back.

A/C didn’t work well to cool the room.
Everything was great except our air conditioner did not cool well!! I told the front desk staff and had someone came twice to look at it. Still didn’t work. They offered another room but we were leaving the next morning so we declined. I would appreciate financial compensation for the unpleasant, warm stay in room 102. Thank you, Annalee Weaver.

The sofa bed in our room had crumbs on top of the cushions, more crumbs and food wrappers under the cushions, and a big stain on the mattress. We reported this to the front desk and asked that the sofa be vacuumed when housekeeping came to our room. Instead, housekeeping did not come in at all, so we returned the next evening to a dirty sofa and a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom.

Room was dirty when arrived, went to front desk and they gave us another. Second room was smaller and basic but cleaner(still not the cleanest) Breakfast was barely warm and consisted of eggs sausage gravy and biscuits, had waffles as well, daily. Stay was okay but not I was not impressed for a 6 person stay.

Not excellent but good.
Passing by Greenville we booked this hotel because of the rating…which it did not live up to. It was average at best. One good thing is that they served real eggs instead of powered for breakfast. It was a nice hotel but not excellent like the rating boasted.
