at 7 we get a call that the hot water was out. they said we could get a full refund, sure, get back on the road and find another place, I asked for a discount and they refused i tried to negotiate and the owner threaten to call the police and kick us out. Stay away from this place at all cost. Worst place i seen in 60 years.

The only positive was the mattress was clean and very comfortable, everyelse was dusty, dirty or sticky, room smelled stale. All was available was a smoker room but I would hope those should be cleaned too. Lamps by bed covered in dust. Light switch buttons, microwave button coffee pot buttons all sticky. The breakfast i thi k there would be better choices at a convenience store. If it was super cheap I'd expect some of these issues but I was charged what I would pay another hotel for nonsmoking And clean and dusted.

The woman at check-in was very friendly and kind. The room was dated but decent, clean towels and bedding were fresh and clean. Small but nice free breakfast area. The only drawback in the room was the lighting was really dim and curtains could not be open because of privacy. A good value for what you pay. I stayed the first night at the Holiday Inn express but they didn't have any rooms the following days and didn't seem very eager to accommodate me if there were cancellations. I'm glad I moved to this motel. The front desk clerk was much more friendly!
