This hotel is conveniently located near the PoleSud arena, which is its main value. You get a Spartan room at an economical price, and that's about it. It is easy to reach, with a tram stop a few hundred yards away. There is a mid-sized shopping mall across the street. The available breakfast is decent, at a reasonable cost. There are no other amenities at the hotel. There are vending machines in the lobby but they do not accept paper currency, and the front desk does not make change. The rooms consist of a bed, a small table, one modest chair, and a small desk built into the wall. There is a small place to hang cloths. There is no phone, no refrigerator, no coffee machine, etc., but there was a LCD TV. The hotel was full during my stay and I ended up in a room with a bathroom for the disabled. The bathroom floor seemed a bit dirty to me, but the fixtures were otherwise clean. There was a liquid soap dispenser on the wall near the shower, which was out of reach when you where at the sink. Other than the arena and the mall there isn't much to do in the area, but the nearby metro allows you easy access to elsewhere in the city. If a hotel is just a place to sleep, and you need to be in this area, this is an OK choice. But just OK.
