The food was pretty good. The staff was amazing. Great story, but the rooms are no bigger than a very small dorm room and needs serious updates. Pillows are old and flat. The room was not big enough to even put two suitcases down on the floor. The bathroom was so small. I couldn’t even take a shower in there because I was so claustrophobic. With that said. The staff is amazing.

The area was perfect for us. The service in the restaurant could have been better. The staff were extremely friendly but the service was slow and staff often did not know the answers to our questions. The shower was useless ~ no water pressure.

We had a small family room and the sofabed was very uncomfortable and basically the springs are damaged. We received an email from the hotel asking if we were interested in an upgrade. I emailed and asked about the offer but the hotel didn't respond to me.

We only stayed one night en route to the highlands, but this was enugh for us to know the hotel is in a good location (near the outlet), the staff is helpful and the room was and clean.

Great service from all staff, spacious family room with great breakfast. We were on an overnight stay to break up a long journey - pity the family room is placed so close to the function room where we heard the thud of music for hours from a wedding reception.

Very good overnight spot. Easy parking, interesting location. Decent breakfast. The hallway had lots of small staircases which was tricky with a pram and baby luggage. The bathroom in the room had a very mysterious heat source behind the mirror that was inescapable during the heatwave on the day. No obvious way to turn it off. But it was ok with the door closed.
