Bathroom door needs attention sounds like a door in an old haunted house. Stairwell doors need soft closing adjusted, should not slam shut at all hours of the night.

Great Stay!
My stay was great! The room was very spacious and clean and cozy. The towels were very soft and there was plenty of amenities. My only critique would be the walls were thin and I could hear people in their rooms, but I am also a very light sleeper.

I would give this hotel a 0 for service. We stayed here in March and they charged me for a no show fee even though we were checked in. I was able to get it reversed, but it took a lot of phone calls. I decided to give them another try. Last weekend when we arrived, we were told that the hotel had overbooked and our reservation had been cancelled. The clerk was extremely rude and said there was nothing he could do. Definitely a NO on my list of locations to stay. I’m not sure what has changed because we have stayed multiple times in the past with friendly service and no issues.

Gentleman at the front desk was very rude, we booked a room with 2 queen beds, we were assigned a room with 1 king bed, we had our 15 yr old with us (and that was stated at booking). He told us to bad you get what I have. Then we got to the room the key would not work, went back & he reprogramed, go back to the room they still won’t work, go back again & he is rude again telling us he just reprogrammed it. Finally the house keeping supervisor stepped in at this point & got us assigned to a room with 2 queen beds, she had realized the had been trying to get into our room for 30 min & asked how she could help. She was very nice & helpful.

They were overbooked when I got there and they weren’t able to offer me any options. I was left stranded at 11 o’clock at night with no where to go. I would never stay here again.

The hotel seemed nice enough. The coffee maker in the room had a huge piece of mold float up in the water reservoir. The humidity was out of control to the point that the sheets and carpet were damp and musty.
