Despite a nice crew, not going back there again!
The 1st room we were given had a dead lizard between the screen and window. The toilet didn't flush and everything was still dirty. The shower, floors, and the few towels in the room were hung up but not nicely folded. We hadn't been in the room more than 5 minutes when I went to tell the front desk the toilet wasn't flushing. She asked me if I needed a plumber? No, I would like a working toilet. We didn't break it, it was like that when we got there. After switching our rooms, we then had black mold on the bathroom wall and outside the bathroom. Carpets throughout the whole hotel were in need of a vacuum and cleaning. They clearly have leak issues as there were ceiling tiles out with a wet floor sign, a puddle and towels on the floor. Lots of water marks throughout the building clearly showing there is an issue. I tried attaching pictures but they would not attach. I have them and would love to show them to warn people. Especially since they are letting people sleep in rooms with black mold in them. Their reviews and pictures were misleading, except for the nice crew members.

How do you give 0 stars?!? This place is horrible!!! Don’t ever bring your kids here. We just needed a place to stay for the night and ended up leaving so early cuz we felt so unsafe. Random people (you can tell they weren’t guests) just coming in and out of the lobby getting coffee and using the restroom like it’s a rest area. I wish I could get my money back.

Our key cards failed to work, forcing us to request replacements. We checked in at 3 in the morning, and at one point, a staff member unlocked our door while we were inside. They knocked and mistakenly asserted that we were supposed to check out the day before, despite the fact that we had not even been there. They attempted to pressure us into leaving, even though our official checkout was scheduled for the following day. We did not leave after trying to convince my husband for 5 minutes thr worker admitted that he made a mistake

The staff are excellent. I needed up staying here for over a month while in transition. They were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was seamless. The issue I have is the cleanliness of the entire facility. The fitness center is outdated and very cramped. The rooms are not clean. I had to go buy cleaning products and do a deep cleaning in my room. The bathroom wasn’t ventilated at all. For several weeks my toilet would not flush so I had to fill the tank with water to get it to flush. There was an issue with the water once and we did not have water for several hours on multiple occasions. They really need to update the entire hotel. For the price it was okay however I still think upgrades can be made.

Walking in not a good impression. Smokers handing around entrance, floors in hallways looked dirty. Some mildew in shower door track. Staff checking in and out were very friendly. When we left a little after the breakfast time ended, the desk agent offered to get us some bananas.

We were on the 2nd floor, room was dirty, mold on bathroom shower door, tub dirty visible ring, and underneath window sill, the stench of weed ??? Was overpowering. Asked to be changed once we spotted mold. Moved to 1st floor, which was better. Thank you. Staff was friendly and polite.
