I had a very unpleasant experience staying here over the past two days. First of all, the locker/door system is clearly broken — I was actually locked inside my room for two hours, which was both stressful and unacceptable. The building itself feels poorly managed and unsafe. Random people seem to have easy access, and I was even approached in the elevator by individuals asking me for money, which made me very uncomfortable. Check-in was also a hassle. I had to wait in the lobby for a long time with no clear assistance or organization. Additionally, this place is advertised as an “apartment hotel,” but there are no proper kitchen facilities, which is misleading. Overall, I would not recommend staying here due to safety concerns, poor management, and misleading amenities.

I stayed at Holiday Lux Sky Towers for about 10 days and overall had a very good experience. The location is great—just a short walk to the main boulevard that leads right down to the Black Sea coastline. The room itself was clean and comfortable, more like a studio apartment than a traditional hotel room, which I actually liked. One thing to note: on the Expedia listing it mentions daily room service, but that’s not the case. It wasn’t a problem for me since I didn’t really need it, but it’s worth knowing in advance. On the plus side, having a washing machine inside the room was a big convenience during a longer stay. Overall, a clean, quiet, and well-located place to stay in Batumi—just manage your expectations about the hotel-style services.

traveled to Batumi from California, USA, and after staying at this hotel I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. If you’re an American visiting Georgia, this is a fantastic place to stay. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. What really made this hotel special was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They made me feel welcome from check-in until check-out and were always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. The value for the price is outstanding. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the United States that cost much more but didn’t provide this level of service or quality. This hotel delivered an experience that felt luxurious without the luxury price tag. For my fellow Americans planning a trip to Batumi: don’t hesitate to book here. Georgia is a beautiful country, Batumi is an amazing city, and this hotel made my visit even more memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family. It was a complete mess. The rooms reeked of smoke. The carpets were dirty. The walls were peeling. The dining room was filthy. Overall, it was a complete mess. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there again.

The best part of my stay was the beautiful sea view from the 24th floor. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service were extremely disappointing. When I checked in, there was food from previous guests left in the refrigerator, and it took THREE DAYS and several reminders to have it removed. The bathroom and mirror were dirty, and even getting toilet paper required multiple requests. Housekeeping is provided every three days, but even after cleaning, the floors were not properly washed or vacuumed and hair was still left in the bathroom. The worst part was the attitude of the staff. Basic requests felt like an inconvenience to them rather than part of the service we paid for. Beautiful view, but very poor cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. Unfortunately, my overall experience in Georgia, especially Batumi, was very disappointing\. Customer service was almost nonexistent — very little friendliness, few smiles, and often not even a simple “please” or “thank you\.” In restaurants, service was extremely slow, and we often felt like customers were an inconvenience\. We also noticed that attitudes sometimes changed after people heard us speaking Russian\. In places without clearly displayed prices, we even felt prices were higher once Russian was spoken\. I can only describe my personal experience, but I did not feel welcome\. Sadly, I would not return to Georgia or recommend it to my friends and family.
