Loved the location! Close to everything! The room and the bathroom were wonderful. We also appreciate the blackout blinds as well.

We loved this beautiful little hotel just a few steps from the main square. Have stayed at Orologio in Florence which was even nicer, but this is a great little hotel. Wonderful included breakfast, excellent facilities. Rooms and public areas very clean and well maintained, very helpful staff. Driving to this hotel was...a lot of fun...through challenging narrow one-way 'streets' that were often little more than pedestrian alleys, but we made it...and they had a loading zone spot right out front. The hotel gave us an overnight parking tag to put on the dash for 16 Euros, in an open lot right next to a very large and busy police station. So very, very safe and convenient parking only 150m from the hotel. The room was fairly narrow and would be considered compact by American standards, but was a beautiful, gorgeous room with huge fully-opening windows to the square down below. Very nice bath and shower, great water pressure, and even a little sitting area. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and dining area, huge breakfast selection including mimosas and hot items. This hotel is worth every penny and then some, we loved it. Pics show room, view from room, hotel itself, and sights. Location was perfect, easy walking to all the markets and restaurants and shops. We greatly enjoyed Rosa Rose for lunch and Osteria Angolo degli Orefici for dinner, enjoying outdoor dining and Bologna street culture at both. Stay at Art Hotel Orologio and fall in love with Bologna!
