This was my second visit and I can’t wait to go back! The property is very well maintained, the amenities are wonderful. The beach is gorgeous! The staff is warm and caring. The resort is amazing. From the time we entered we were greeted. Offered a cold beverage and a cold towel to wipe our hands and face. The room, I requested an ocean front room. Let me tell you. Words can not express the depth of how amazing the view from our room was. Completely breathtaking.

Excellent food! Excellent staff it was everything! I highly recommend a helicopter or boat transfer because the up and down through the peaks is hard and it's 90min-2hrs. Thank me later. Other than that it was awesome and you are right near the gros islet street party!

I had an outstanding experience at the Body Holiday. I cannot speak highly enough of it. I had the privilege of staying four nights and enjoyed my time immensely. First off, the activities and treatments included in the stay are simply wonderful. I joined a number of the classes and really felt like they were simultaneously relaxing and challenging enough to make them feel legitimate. The amenities are beautiful and varied. The property is gorgeous. It is small enough that it is walkable, but large enough that it doesn’t feel too cramped. The room I stayed in was a tiny bit dated, but to a negligible degree given how awesome everything else was. The dining options are excellent, with the restaurants providing a great amount of variety and flavourful food. The staff is so wonderful. I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of, especially as a solo traveller. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I can guarantee I will be back.

The size of the resort was perfect to get around. All the classes were great and the instructors were awesome. The staff was outstanding!in every area! The food was good. I wish the birds weren't all over the tables in the restaurant and the flies were in the buffet area at times.

BodyHoliday exceeded all expectations. This all-inclusive resort offers a perfect blend of wellness, adventure, and relaxation. The food is outstanding—some of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Jive June added a fun, high-energy twist to the week with incredible dance instructors and themed classes. The property attracts a mix of retirees, newlyweds, and wellness travelers. I went with my mom, and we both found our rhythm—she relaxed while I took full advantage of the activities. Highlights included daily massages (included!), beginner Tai Chi, meditation, and myofascial release classes. The instructors are top-notch and share practical tips you can take home. The drive from the airport is about two hours through winding, scenic terrain (airport is south, resort is far north), but the views are well worth it. The property is built into the hillside, so expect steep stairs and some elevation. The beach is beautiful, though the surf can be a bit strong. A hidden gem: the Thalasso pool with warm sea water and hydro jets—20 minutes in there is magic. The Friday evening party cruise was also a blast. I met friendly guests from around the world, mostly from the UK during my stay. No kids allowed, which made it feel extra peaceful. I highly recommend BodyHoliday for anyone seeking serenity, self-care, and sunshine in an adult-only, wellness-focused escape.
