It is the first time in my life that I see employees sooo dedicated to deliver an excellent customer service! Wowww!!! Great food ( very delicious), great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and clubs; it’s a 10/10!

I would hesitate to call this property a resort given other resorts I've been to. The dining and bar options end fairly early, and the property is small. It seems to cater to an older, more specific crowd. With all that being said, the food was great and the drinks were decent. Some of the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs as well. It is not likely I would not book again though.

Excellent Staff. The hotel is in need of an update. Every thing was white you can see the stains in the leather chairs and the lounge chairs.They need leather cleaner for the chairs and replace the lounge pillows There’s no entertainment provided the bartender engages with the customer's which is nice some will play games with you. Food options needs improvement they change their lunch and dinner menu every two days breakfast is always the same. All inclusive you should be able to get food around the clock and you cant. If you miss breakfast, lunch or dinner you are on your own. The bugs are outrages. theirs flys and bees around the bar, in our room we seen ants mainly in the bathroom area. The drinks were great. Excellent customer service overall. This hotel is more of an intermittent setting if you are just looking to get away and relax this is the place.

Enjoyable Weekend Stay
This is a very nice place across the street from the water. The room was spacious and well maintained. The pool area is nice. Meals were absolutely wonderful. The menu choices were great. The quality, presentation, and taste was excellent. The staff here are very nice and hard working. I wish I could have stayed here longer.

Very limited dining options. Only 3 entree selections per meal. Food was not good at all. Dinner is over a 930pm. No food option at the hotel after that time. Bar closes at 11pm. Resturant is open space, very hot and humid with a few ceiling fans. and you have to swat the flies away from your food constantly. Plenty of resturants within walking distance thay have great food. Water was turned off a couple of nights around 2am, we was not informed. Older crowd, not young guest friendly. If your look for any fun, stay on a resort. Funiture was old. Not outlets in the bathroom. Hotel photos make tue property look very nice.but its a lil rundown. WIll NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

I stayed here during carnival, and the staff was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. There's a beautiful beach just a three-minute walk away. The only thing I would change is to have more variety in the food options. The drinks were great, though!

First night while staying at this hotel, there was no running water so after a long day of traveling we couldn’t even wash ourselves. The electricity kept going on and off. We were told by the general manager that he would make it up to us yet nothing was done to make up for the horrible night that we had. The hotel is supposed to be all inclusive yet there are only two options on the menu for nonalcoholic beverages (orange juice & pineapple) the menu is almost the same everyday with like 2 options for starters, 3 main courses and 2 dessert options. And a lot of times they’re out of the things that we wanted to eat. The staff were at least kind so that was the only positive experience I can say I had at that hotel. We wish they had at least a DJ by the pool area or activities to keep the guests entertained. I mean the hotel is supposed to be all inclusive, one should be able to have a good vacation at an all inclusive resort without the need to go elsewhere during their stay. Nonetheless the country itself is beautiful, I hope to return and stay elsewhere for a much better experience.

Nice property, cute ambiance but, all inclusive meals are small& limited. Favorite thing is - it’s right across from the beach/ambiance, another con- rooms need better lighting.

When we went to check in they did not have any of our three rooms in their system even when showing them our confirmation numbers. Only one place to eat with limited food options and outdoor dining. Construction right outside rooms and could not give timing on when it would end when we were trying to get rest. No one there seemed friendly and felt as if we were an inconvenience to be there.

The Soco House is staffed with wonderful people. They are what makes the property. The overall property is older but well cared for. The food is fantastic. Everything is al a carte with lots of choices. We liked this much better than the typical buffet. the pool are is peaceful. this is not a place for spring break atmosphere.

Never get to any food at all. 1st we order toast in morning, bread had mold in it. Show it waiter all she did is took back. Told from desk, nothing response back. We told her never eating here, she’s ok with that. 2days in row our room didn’t get cleaned. Had wait long time to get clean towels.
