The location on the island is great for calm beach days and a walk to Pigeon Island. Staff are incredible and accommodating. The resort is older so some normal wear and tear, but overall in excellent condition. Concierge helped us book a catamaran and chocolate factory tour- both highly recommended!

breakfast is always very good. They need to put more chicken and turkey choices for non pork eaters though. The beach is amazing always clean and serene with an almost unlimited number of beach chairs. They should place towels closer, this is my 4th stay and it irks me to walk al that way for beach towels, if I forgot mine in the room

The Landings is a beautiful resort. Our villa was perfect. Everything in our unit was comfortable and spacious. There were always chairs and umbrellas available at the beach. The food was wonderful but expensive as we did not choose the all inclusive plan. The breakfast buffet was included and had a lot of choices but mostly the same food everyday. Without the AI, the food and drinks got pretty expensive. Easy walk to Pigeon Island. Not really within walking distance to any restaurants.

Our stay at The Landings was an incredible experience. The resort has an amazing beachfront and the views are spectacular. The food in all 3 restaurants was exceptional and the staff were second to none. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed 7 days in a 2 bedroom beach front with plunge pool and butler service on 3rd floor. Family of 2 adults and 2 teens. We didn’t do AL The resort is fantastic, immaculately clean and staff are nothing short of fabulous.The beach is beautiful and relaxing. The pools are small but adequate. Breakfast buffet was really good. The omelette station could do eggs anyway you wanted. I took 1 star off for food options at other meals. We never ate lunch as breakfast tied us over till dinner. Starting our 2nd day there the Beachclub restaurant started having themed buffets every single night ranging from $55-$75pp and my teens just don’t eat a lot and are picky so we could not justify the cost. Even if we had done AL there was maybe 1 thing on each buffet they would eat. Your other option was Suru ( which was very good) or Callaloo only one was open not both. Callaloo had very limited options for the teens. We went off property 2x for dinner. Taxis are Appx $40-$50 (US) round trip to go about 1.5 miles and are cash only. The butlers were awesome and work very hard. Take 1-2 electrical adapters if you like to charge devices by beds like we do. We did the all day catamaran excursion with volcano, waterfall and snorkeling. Was fun. Warning* DO NOT use the jet ski guys selling rides off the beach. They are not affiliated with hotel. Long story short my daughter & I fell off and ski rolled over way off shore. Thru said they would be watching us and come help…. We almost drowned!

Beautiful resort! Rooms are very spacious and the plunge pool was a really nice add on for those rainy time or nights. Lots of pools to choose from and the resort is very clean. Free breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was also a really nice perk! Highly recommend!

Our Family, including a 19 and 20-year-old, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Landings Resort to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and my wife's birthday. We booked the butler service which was a very nice addition. Everyone that we worked with on the butler team was fantastic, including Lisa, Maverick, Gregg, Khalan and Ophelia who were very attentive and made our trip extra special. Our three-bedroom suite was beautiful, very clean and everyone really enjoyed the beach...plenty of space, beautiful water, and the kids enjoyed the included water sports! All three restaurants are very good, and we especially enjoyed the very vast breakfast buffet, and had great dinners at both Callaloo and Suru! The entire team, including butler, concierge, restaurants and housekeeping were all friendly and made are stay special. Overall, The Landings ensured our holiday was very memorable.
