Nice hotel. Easy check in process. Plenty of parking. The outdoor hot tub was not very warm. We had a deluxe room which was nicely furnished. The small desk was perfect for my laptop, and the table worked well for our snacks. The sofa was comfortable. Bathroom and bedding were great. Perfect location close to the park. Did not try the restaurant next door, but nice to have a dining option so close by.

We chose this property because it was only 15-20 to the Yosemite Big Oak Flat entrance. Lodging deeper in the park was extremely expensive. This lodge was clean, cute, had everything we needed and very affordable. There was ample parking and they have a pool and hot tub. There is a restaurant next door that is open breakfast to dinner. Easy checkout. The only thing that I did not like (but this is common practice in NV/CA so it's not unique to this lodge) is that they actually charge the deposit on your card but reverse it later which takes a few days to reach your account.

After driving 6 hours to arrive to your hotel and NOT be welcomed with a friendly and professional front desk person was a total disappointment. The woman named Pamela was not only very rude and didn't know what she was doing with my room reservation that I made in May.

Considering most of the properties are very old near Yosemite, the overall property is not bad, however being in an area where your cell phones don’t work really well it would be absolutely paramount to have great Wi-Fi, which is not the case. Also, after a long day, hiking and walking throughout Yosemite, and looking to lie down on a comfortable bed, I can tell you these are not it.

Toilet did not flush, as chain was missing, Staff said no ability to fix, no reduction on the $282 per night rate (for a motel-like accommodation 25 miles from Yosemite), asked me to send an email to request adjustment to compensation. Sent the email immediately, including video of the missing chain and inability to flush the toilet - no response received. Tip envelope in the room also had the name Pankaj on it. I imagine he did not check the toilet when he prepared the room.

There are 2 restaurants near by, they were ok, but not worth the price. We made use of the refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave to save on food prices. We were disappointed the hot tub was out of service. Are room was kept clean and office staff was very nice. Very convenient location to Yosemite park. I would stay here again.

Property was fine. You are in the wilderness but the wifi is only working half the time. For a few hours one night we had no water. It came back on around 10pm. Front desk staff was okay, not overly friendly and not really negative. We had two cards decline that have sufficient funds and had to use a 3rd one. It was just a mess. Room was clean and the bed was firm. Has a fridge and microwave.
