Pésima experiencia. El aire acondicionado no sirve ellos lo controlan y no lo encienden. La TV tampoco solicite ayuda y nunca se pararon a la habitación. Pasamos una noche horrible no conviene lo que pagas por ir a ese lugar. Sentí un trato diferente por hacer la reserva en Expedia.

Muchos problemas en mi estadía

1. Al llegar al hotel te explican que la publicidad de que cuentan con estacionamiento “gratuito” es condicionado debido a que no tiene la obligación de proporcionarlo aunque lo tengan publicado 2. Cuando nos entregan la habitación nos dimos cuenta al par de horas que la chapa de la puerta no funcionaba y tuvieron que entrar por una ventana para poder abrir nuestra habitación, y nos cambiaron de habitación (sin problema con eso) 3. El baño de la habitación expide un aroma a drenaje muy fuerte y al no servirlo la maneja de la ventana del baño se concentra el olor dentro de la habitación 4. Al checkout del hotel al pedir que abrieran el portón para sacar el coche este presenta falla y golpea mi coche generándole daños, al ponerme en contacto con ellos mencionan que no es su responsabilidad por que no están obligados a proporcionar estacionamiento. Por todo lo que pasamos y la cantidad de ruido que hay por la zona nos quedamos con un muy mal sabor de boca. A no ser de que en verdad sea muy necesario estar cerca de esa zona (tiene buena ubicación), no recomendaría hospedarse ahí
