Just beautiful! Everything in the Americana Suite was perfect. Such a cool room with modern and interesting touches, and the wrap around balcony gave us a welcome space to relax in the evenings and watch the most gorgeous sunrise in the mornings. The staff was so sweet. Always smiling and chatty. The bed linens were ridiculously comfortable, that we even asked where we could get them and bought the same when we got home to Puerto Vallarta. And you canā€™t beat the location! So many restaurants within walking distance. We felt really comfortable and safe at the Bellwort and will be back many times!!

The towels were not soft and the pool was not really clean. You have to be very comfortable with your partner if you are sharing a room as the toilets are see through. Otherwise, great stay.

Although the room was smaller than anticipated, it was clean and comfortable and the room did have a balcony. Unfortunately, the credit card I used to reserve the room was not accepted at the hotel front desk. I had to make different arrangements.

Loved the esthetic of it, and was very much looking forward to this hotel off pictures online. Hotel seemed to be built very minimalist. Location of this hotel is bad, only a 711 and oxxo near by. Nothing thatā€™s worth walking around to see or enjoy. Rooms are very small, air conditioning sucked. Noise from the hallway is loud, kept hearing someoneā€™s phone alarm go off. The shower is small, although the water pressure was good. The bed wasnā€™t the greatest but not as hard. Personally wouldnā€™t book here again, definitely regret staying. At 256 for two nights couldā€™ve and wouldā€™ve paid more for a better stay.

Stylish & convenient stay
The hotel is beautiful but felt cold with the bare concrete walls and hard floors. Amenities were basic, nothing special and I could have used a closet shelf or two. A luggage rack and another chair would have been nice. It could have just been the level of room I booked but I somehow don't think so. The hotel got the overall design right; they just seemed to miss the mark on the finer details. But the staff are lovely - Alan in particular was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops.
