Hotels location cannot be better. It’s in plaza universidad which provides you with great amenities, such as coffee shops, American fast food, like mc Donald’s, Burger King, and a few other coffee shops. Staff is very friendly, and helpful at all times. The hotel is pretty secluded, narrow and small. It has no outside windows, or at least we didn’t get a room with an outside view. But that’s not an issue at all. It’s not sound proof as they advertise, but it’s pretty quiet overall. The beds are comfortable, room is clean, and they have all the amenities you need such as a safe, dryer, etc. The rooms are pretty small if you are traveling with children or a big group. We were 2 parents, and 2 kids and although we made it work , the room was tight. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Almost forgot to mention the amazing beautiful 7th floor buffet, and bar, pricey but worth it. A Hilton hotel never disappoints.
