The staff was very kind and accomodating. My flight was delayed and staff scheduled for the morning shift was there likely much earlier than the regular shift to meet me and assist me with my luggage to the room at 5am, even though their website indicates latest check-in is at 10pm and then 3pm the following afternoon. The following morning, I was catered to personally by their staff and provided with a nice breakfast which included cereal, pan dulce, a cappuccino and fresh orange juice. The facility has water stations and provides fresh water in your room with a refillable glass container and a mini fridge to keep things cool. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I highly recommend the hotel. Staff will take great care of you as well.

Everything was very good in this hotel with a couple of minor things I would like to point out. The shower head was not a friendly one. Pressure of the water coming out from the tiny holes was to strong and uncomfortable when showering. It should be replaced. The second unpredicted problem was the elevator braking down the very first day there. Our room being in the fourth floor, it was a little exhausting to go up and down the stairs.
