Esta ocasión tuvimos experiencia DECEPCIONANTE. El hotel aparentemente decía ser “solo adultos” y ahora aceptan niños, es importante considerar esto porque la alberca es pequeña y estaban echándose clavados y se siente un ambiente poco relajado, además había botellas de vidrio en la piscina. Al mencionar esto al gerente no hubo ninguna compensación por publicidad engañosa (el hotel se anunciaba solo adultos). Antes el hotel solía ser de mayor calidad, pero ahora parece lo están bajando. De ahí en más el hotel suele ofrecer un buen servicio y staff amable.

I've stayed here a couple of times and a great experience with both visits. The cost-benefit is excellent for the location. The Highlights: good, functional air conditioning in the room (an important one to me, for sure), bed overall very comfortable and I particularly like the location. Quiet for the most part, throughout the day and night. Love the 'Adults-Only' rule. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Small and cozy hotel.Also, great TV options with both Roku and a SKY subscription. Could Improve: the mini fridge was a little old and loud the first night and kind of annoying, it only bothered me the first night. Overall in great shape and clean, but the room is a little dated. Final: I would stay here again.

Inside of property is clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Plenty of transportation near by and the same could be said about places to eat. One thing I really did not like, was the fact that they have a Nespresso coffee maker and they only put one pod in the room, you can get a second pod but have to ask at front desk. I stayed five nights but was told I could only have two pods for the whole stay. I feel this is a bad policy and a poor decision from management. If I pay for five nights I should get my two allowed pods per day. Must say this one keep me from staying here again, McDonalds is two blocks away and Starbuck is near by.
