Hotel is located in the center of the city. Restaurant is very limited with 0 knowledge of hotel service. I ask for a glass of wine and I was told that they were not able to serve it because they did not had a wine opener? Prices on the menu do not reflect the poor menu selection They advertised in the entrance 24 hours room service. Not available closets on terrible condition gabinetes also broken and falling apart Location is great close to mostly everything

Room smelled awful and there was no toilet paper and we told reception when we were down stairs and they never sent anyone. Then when we were in our room the phone didn’t work to call them. Don’t stay there.

The lobby is nice, modern and well maintained. The rooms however are not well maintained. We had to move rooms twice. The first room the toilet didn’t flush and when they came to fix it they didn’t clean up after they just left a giant puddle of water on the floor. We had to use the only two bath towels to clean up and when we asked for more bath towels the gal at the front desk gave us attitude. The second room didn’t have an iron or a phone. The counter tops were old and cracked and didn’t look clean. The location is great and the food that we did eat in the restaurant was great as well. Will definitely not being staying again.

Excellent Stay in HERE
En general our stay was perfect. They keep our luggage before the check in time. Housekeeping was daily and perfect. After our check out they kept our luggage as well. This is a highly recommendable hotel. Affordable price, good service and rooms are wide and comfortable.

The facility is in a great location with many restaurants, main downtown attractions however the building itself is not clean and has poor customer service. The building itself smells of sewage and cigarette smoke. When we arrived to our room there was no toilet paper and smelt horrible. The staff is not the friendliest and doesn’t seem like they focus on customer service. I had to book at another hotel due to the smell as we were traveling with a child and was concerned for her health safety. The hotel did not seem to care about the concerns and did nothing to make it better or give any explanation. The rooms are older but also are not well maintained.
