The Hotel was good for the price. My initial room was in bad conditon with a leaking roof over the toilet and very loud from the outside traffic, as well as not equipped with drinking water. Luckily the hotel staff was prompt at getting me into a new cleaner and quiter room that also had water provided. The hotel stated that it has a gym, but it is just a room with 3 treadmills, one of which was broken. Do not recommend if you need to stay somewhere with a gym.

Old Rooms

The rooms are old and have a musty smell to them. A lot of mold in restroom. The lobby is nice but they need to redo the rooms.

The room was comfortable, the room had a peculiar smell. I’m not sure what it was, but it smelled like mold. The air filter needed to be changed because it was dirty. I did not tell staff so that was something I could have requested, but I didn’t. Over all I was comfortable and the area is need shopping and lots of dining and cafe options. Beds were comfortable also, the restroom had lots of natural light which was nice.

The key card deactivated regularly and we had to stop at the counter for reactivating. When I requested a second card holder/sleeve (so each of our cards had one) the lady at the counter refused. I had to insist! She explained that only one card holder is permitted per room—petty! The use of scented toilet paper annoying. Very clean. Cleaning personnel is nice & friendly. They have water at the reception every day and is refreshing and good.
