I don't want to be mean, but I don't recommend this place, the room smells really bad, the staff not welcoming, small room, I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me.

You can hear the outside noisy, the room has no fridge. We asked for ice and they had ran out more they were able to provide me with a container so I could go out to Oxxo and purchase ice for my self. The room was very clean and staff were friendly.

Recently, we stayed at this property for 16 nights. The hotel has a very minimalist look throughout. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked the entire time. We are very low maintenance, so we didn't require much from the cleaning staff other than toilet paper, clean towels, and clean linens. Regardless, the cleaning lady (i forgot her name) was always attentive to our needs and did so with a smile. Front reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the Centro Historico which is close to a lot of shopping, eating, site seeing, and entertainment. Definite 2nd stay.

When we arrived we found out the rooms were really small and that our room smelled bad but the staff fixed asap as soon as we told them

The hotel is in the Centro. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the district. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to the major tourist site. I also feel safe to walk around the area. The staff are also very nice.

It wasn’t so much the employees as much but more the way it’s structured it echos like crazy so when people talk in hall it amplifies also but when it came to employees they knock on doors to ask if service is wanted and it’s loud. Over all place is ok no coffee in rooms but they have a coffee machine so that made no sense. Over all I don’t recommend it
