Convenient location across the street from the Guadalajara int airport , shuttle transportation it’s a plus . We arrived at midnight so , front desk recommended having some tacos delivered to our room . It was great ! Definitely will stay again in this hotel .

En general es un bien hotel cumple con todas las necesidades básicas, muy cerca del aeropuerto y cuenta con transporte. Se podría mejorar un poquito en el comedor pero al igual en mi próxima visita a el área me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Overall pretty good place to stay
They have a shuttle service that picks you up from the airport and takes you to the hotel. You just have to call them and they’ll be there in 5 minutes. The front desk staff is friendly and informative. The rooms were clean and the beds were decent. There are places next door to get something to eat.

The property was just okay overall. We booked a VIP room on Expedia, expecting an upgrade and a bottle of wine, but we didn’t get the upgrade. We had to ask for the wine, and it turned out to be a small bottle with two plastic cups. It was really noisy downstairs from one to three in the morning, which was annoying since we had to wake up at 3:30 AM. The location is convenient, right across from the airport, and they offer a free shuttle and breakfast, but we couldn’t enjoy breakfast because of our early departure. The price was reasonable, but there was no hair conditioner, and the receptionist didn’t speak English, which could be tough for international guests.
