Honestly, the hotel was great. The room as nice, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a one-night stay. The hotel is beautiful and super clean. The kitchen/dining room workers were super nice and great! Food was delicious! My biggest issue was the transportation to the hotel, which is included, and a huge selling point for me. I reached out to the number provided by them and was told they were sending someone. 30 minutes later, we were still waiting at the airport (the hotel is not even 10 minutes away). I called the hotel and the explained the situation. They made it sound like they had no record of me requesting the ride, offered no explinatin or apology and said they'd send someone. This transportaion arrived within 10 minutes. The gentleman was a little dry and unfrliendly. At check in they didn't discuss the issue and pretended nothing had happened. We decided to let it go and just move on since we would only be there a night. Overall, hotel was great but front desk and transportation need could be a little nicer/easier to set up.

Great staff. My flight arrived at 8 a.m and they seemed to have worked really fast to get us in as soon as possible. The driver of the facility took us where we needed to go when he was not picking anyone up from the airport. Only negative was not much around but Eghh not a huge problem when you have caring staff who did not mind at all getting us taken care of. Definitely recommend.!

The only thing I didn’t like was that there is no irons and ironing boards in the rooms. I did ask for one at 5am and left the room at 5:55am and they still haven’t taken the iron I had requested.
