Overall satisfied! Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Rooms were a little outdated but other than that the employees were great, mall down the street, Oxxo in the basement parking, great room service, great bar with live music every night I stayed!

The property is nice and clean. I loved all the music memorabilia everywhere. The restaurants were great. Bar and lobby, along with entrance was picturesque. Overall, the staff & hotel was good. My only complaint was that the elevators take too long. Our room was corner King bed suite with a great view of the city, however there were a few things that should have been fixed by maintenance (closet wouldn’t close, power outlet in bathroom didn’t work, curtains didn’t shut completely for darkness). The room gets a 3 star but the hotel is 4+

The people cleaning the rooms do a terrible job. They did not clean the toilet or clean the floors of the bathroom. The bathroom was filthy. The tv and telephone area had so much dust. No vacuum was done in the room so there was garbage on the floors. My hair was everywhere they did not pick up or clean up. The shower was dirty with no scrubbing or cleaned. We didn’t get water bottles until like the 4th day. We spent 7 days at the hotel. I’m very disappointed in this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff ! Great restaurants, beautiful decor as you would expect from the Hard Rock hotel . The Pool is fantástic … Nice gift shop . Overall a great stay and experience . Definitely coming back !

The staff and service were great but the rooftop pool closes way too early and you can't take your own drinks like at other hotels I've stayed at. You have to buy from the rooftop bar
