The room and balcony needed to be cleaned better. The glass table was dusty in side the clothes cabinet top shelf very dusty, had not been cleaned in awhile. My A/c went out in my room took 2-3 hours for a response even after physically going to the lobby and then had to switch rooms.

I was so busy with being here for a wedding I didn’t get a chance to tell the front desk there was hair all over the shower in my bathroom that was there when I checked in and not mine. I thought to myself “they will clean the shower tomorrow” the shower was never actually cleaned and I had hair all over the walls for the duration of my stay. Also the shower heads are full of calcified Lyme, so the water is shooting out everywhere except where it is supposed to go. The staff for the most part are pleasant, but being here with a big group is very inconvenient you can’t go to other floors with your key card. The amenities here were nice, like the on site restaurants but a lot of times the full menu was not available. Overall the hotel was nice, just small details that were not very well kept up. Not worth all the money I paid.

There are a few things that I’m not happy with this hotel First of all the balcony door was unable to double lock it ( my son is 5 y and he was able to open the door and go out- big concern) I called the Front Desk few times and after that they sent a maintenance guy.came try to fix it and they left never came back to fix it. WiFi didn’t work, head of the shower was broken. Tablet that controls Ac and other functions in the room didn’t work . Lights go on and off in the building.
