I LOVE staying at Hilton Midtown. Beautiful rooms, amazing staff, the shopping can’t be more accessible (they even have a grocery store at the bottom level with great food options!) Very close to great restaurants and downtown Guadalajara. The level of safety you feel is unbeatable.

Only issue with the restaurant was the food, not the greatest taste and the first night there we went to the hotel restaurant and it took about 45 minutes to get my good, a chicken sandwich, then I was completely ignored they didn’t even apologize to me or acknowledge me. In the room there was a couch that was visibly dirty, too many stains for my comfort to sit in.

Staff was amazing especially Javier at the bell desk he was so helpful with giving dinner options and helping us get transportation.
