Great location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec and its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Very efficient front deck staff and friendly bellmen and housekeeping staff. Good restaurant with breakfast buffet.

Very beautiful hotel. We ordered room service and my salmon was great. My spouse's italian was ok, different, but what do you expect? Your in Mexico ordering italian, LOL. This hotel is on a busy street but is pretty quiet after midnight. We will stay here again when we come to Guadalajara.

Beautiful new modern hotel close to Avenida Chapultepec. McDonalds is right across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bus stop is at the front of property. Room was very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable with plushed pillows. Balcony had good views. Hot water was a plus! Highly recommend this place! I will be back!

Very nice, easy to walk. Staff very nice. I would not stay here in the summer, however, as the air conditioning doesn’t really work. At first I thought it was just my room but several others commented that they wish it was a little cooler. Luckily it was winter so it cooled down somewhat at night.

Awesome!

Awesome location great views of the city! Tons of trendy, delicious restaurants in the area. The hotel is brand new, so everything is super duper clean. It’s surprisingly quiet as well. Book now because I’m sure it will get more expensive in the future.
