A great hotel with great staff
The front desk lady who helped us to check in is extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff did a great job to clean the room. The room is spacious with plenty of plug points. The lighting is impressive. The bathroom is well designed with spacious shower area. The concierge stored our luggage safely with receipt. The location is near to places of attraction. Many good restaurants and pubs are nearby. Overall, a great hotel with great staff.

Convenient location, could use some renovation
The location is perfect for visiting Guadalajara. Short walk away from restaurants and bars; always lots of people on the street so it felt pretty safe. Was worried prior to arrival since some reviews mentioned sewage smell in the rooms and shower. At one point the shower did smell of sulfur, but it was very faint and we didn't think it was unbearable. Some setbacks: - The lights and AC are slow to operate and gets reset when the door is opened/closed. - There is an echo device in the room that can only be configured in Spanish; we didn't have trouble with this, but our friends got woken up by the alarm at 5 am and couldn't turn it off - Shower pressure is low Despite these setbacks, we would still recommend staying at this hotel for the convenient location and affordable pricing!

Great hotel to stay. Near Chapultepec Street where you can find many restaurants. This is a new hotel. Only problem is parking. Small parking spaces in the underground and you need to honk to open the gate after hours.

Beautiful property. Modern amenities and clean. Friendly service. My only issue was no wash cloths in the bathroom. I would also suggest adding some wall art or greenery to make the room feel warmer. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. No issues with noise from the 6th floor.
