Surprised how good it was

Really great property for the price! Staff was very friendly and helpful, parking easy, restaurant solid and not too expensive. You get welcome drinks which I really liked! Plenty of bottled water offered by housekeeping. Close to everything we needed and walkable. Even though the property has an older style, I was surprised how modern it felt. Great value!!!

The room smelt musty. The bathroom smelt like a sewer. The staff are incompetent & the male receptionists are arrogant. The noise from the next rooms is like there is no wall there. The area is unsafe at nights. l would not stay there again if they gave me a free room!

Great hotel and experience

The staff at the hotel were great. We had a couple of rooms and they were great size, comfortable and really enjoyed staying there. It’s close to the metro as well as walking to the centre.

El hotel super limpio como siempre. El personal siempre fue muy amable, los chicos de recepción muy atentos, y especialmente la srta de la limpieza Ana que fue muy agradable y servicial siempre. La comida del restaurante es deliciosa. Lo súper recomiendo.

Good value

Wonderful value for the price. Convenient location, close to two lines of metro, numerous businesses, and the city centre plaza. The room is spacious and clean, with a long desk that is convenient for putting down your stuff and using your laptop. Service is also prompt and friendly. The only thing I can complain about is that the Wi-Fi is a little unstable and slow, but at this price for a nice room at a nice spot, I am more than happy to let it slide.

A small hotel run by young and super friendly people, rooms are impeccable, spacious, location is excellent for walking and connect with public transportation, right in downtown Guadalajara, few meters from tren ligero, safety box, phone, iron and iron board in room! bottles of water replaced daily, I love this hotel excellent for solo, couples and family.
