It’s an ok hotel. Bring you own pillows the pillows they have are rocks and tall. Towels are old. Parking gets full quick it’s like for only 10 cars if garage if full they send you to another parking lots a block away. El hotel está ok por el precio no está mal. Almohadas como piedra y casi sentado duermes. Estacionamiento se llena rápido.

"I recently stayed at Hotel Dali, and had an overall great experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel's facilities and amenities were excellent, and we appreciated the front desk. One area for improvement is the cleanliness of the rooms. While the hotel was generally clean, we noticed a few areas that could use more attention to detail. However, this was a minor quibble in an otherwise wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend Hotel Dali to others and would consider staying there again in the future. The staff's exceptional service and kindness made our stay truly special."

The hotel and room was clean, updated. There was however, no mini fridge, natural sunlight, adequate storage for belongings, coffee for coffee maker, or Netflix for the TV.

Rooms were good. I gave it a 4 star only because my rooms didnt have a view/window so it was dark and awkward. But overall I’d stay again. The toilet paper needs to be of better quality. Other then that it was a pleasant stay

Checked in well, receptionist made a mistake on the price. Property was charging more on night 2, i had 2 rooms. Both were locked out, waited an hour after a long day to get them unblocked from the manager. He "Christian" mentioned all taken care off. Day 3 back to the same issue, manger wasnt available. Staff did not want to open the rooms to get our stuff out. Ended booking another hotel near by a10pm. Manager from another location contact and allowed us to get our luggage out at 1am. Do not recommend this place, much better and cheaper rear by with way.. way.. better staff. Price did not matter, it was the way they managed themselves. NO customer service whatsoever

Fun in Guadalajara

The air conditioner barely worked! It was so loud that I had to shut it off just to get some sleep. And don't even get me started on the shower - no hot water, just lukewarm at best. Then, when I tried to have a simple bowl of cereal in the restaurant, I waited for 15-20 minutes just to place my order. And to top it off, two other tables that came in after me were served before me. Two guys walked in, no seats available, so I offered them a spot at my table. We all ordered at the same time, but guess whose food came out first? Not mine, that's for sure. They got their hot meals while I left without even a bowl of cereal. The only decent thing about this hotel was the location. I am never staying in this place again.
