Very nice classic hotel. The decor is dated, but well-maintained. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, which is the most importannthing! Very nice staff, and perfect location for the centro històrico.

The hotel is in a great location in Downtown Guadalajara everything is a few steps from the hotel! Like shopping centers, restaurants, plaza, Cathedral and etc! 😍😍 I highly recommend this hotel!

A fridge/microwave would be good when staying with children. Medication needs to be refrigerated. Poor customer service from a few employees. Roberto was great with us through out our stay. The food was not that great. Was expecting more traditional food.
