Excelentes condiciones, muy limpio y personal atento. Las instalaciones tienen un toque moderno que excedió mis expectativas. El hotel proporciona plancha, shampoo, crema y jabón. También ofrecen agua y café. Hay una farmacia Guadalajara muy cerca que se puede ir a pie si necesita comprar algo. Zona muy tranquila y nos sentimos seguros. Cuando regresemos a Guadalajara, definitivamente nos volveremos a quedar aquí. Altamente recomendado! Gracias!

I needed a favor because I was assaulted on Dec 04 two people approached me after I withdraw money from an ATM with a gun so I did give them all the money I had. So when I told the manager of the hotel what happened and I ask if they will let me stay for 10 days because of my direct deposit from SS arrived on Dec 29th I offer to give the manager my american passport and told hem that I was an American Citizen and I was going to contact the American consulate to ask for help. He refused and I know he had the right to said no but at least be polite. Another thing the tv didn't work most of the time the toilet broke and it took for somebody to fix it almost 1 full day. I will not recommend this hotel to nobody is just my opinion.

Got charged and addition 1000 pesos because the room advertised wasnt the room they gave me and on top of that it didn’t even have a kitchenette like it says it does. Had throw away most of food cause we couldn’t cook it

Very Nice rooms in a hotel that is under a major renovation. Saturday and Sunday mornings are ok but the weekdays are excessively noisy because ongoing construction work within the hotel itself. No restaurant and no breakfast.

Beware construction 7 days a week.
I've stayed s few times, but my last visit was marred by construction on my arrival and departure, including loud noise Sunday morning st 9 am.

Air conditioning wasn't working most of the time. Everyone entering the lobby could see inside my room cause there was a huge window to the lobby (?)!!! No laundry room, breakfast wasn't available every day, and they even close the main entrance at 11PM, even though they're open 24/7! Worst experience ever.

Decent and economical
It's an economical hotel, in a great location, with basic services. Everything is basic, but the a/c is hard to control with the controls they give you. I will return to this hotel only because it's a good bargain when arriving late at night or early morning and you don't want to spend a lot on room you use for a few hours.
