El servicio de ballet parking estuvo muy mal, no cuentan con estacionamiento y lo tienes que dejar con el ballet, pero el estacionamiento estaba lleno el sábado por la noche por que hay un bar arriba, así es que no tenían estacionamiento disponible para los huéspedes, tuve que esperar 32 minutos para que me recibieran mi automóvil. Y por supuesto el sábado a las 2:00 de la mañana algunos huéspedes llegaron haciendo mucho ruido y gritando y el personal no hizo nada al respecto

Good location, clean, friendly staff!
Checking in was smooth and quick. Valet gentleman was very friendly and prompt as well as offered dinner recommendations. Location was great for us as we needed to be near the hospital. We would have liked a comfortable chair in the room otherwise the room had plenty of space and was clean. Breakfast was fresh and the servers were super friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel many times but this time the two rooms we reserved had no hot water for showers in the morning …I phoned down to the front desk and they said they would check the solar panels …well , that really does not do you any good when you have appointments to get to !!! I think the two rooms should be refunded !! I like the hotel but cold showered cod not warrant another reservation !!!

The staff 75 percent spoke passable English. The Breakfast which was included had a Buffet. Of hot food as well as cereal 10 out 10. They had free valet parking. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

The service was great. Breakfast was delicious. The valets were great. The valets recommended some really good places to eat. In some rooms the bathrooms need a little more tlc. Just don’t ask reception what time to leave for the Jose Cuervo Tour. Though they were trying to avoid us from missing our tour. Reception wanted us to leave at 5:30 in the morning, but we asked one of the drivers we used the night before and received more detailed info. Our trip was a success.
