Great stay! A bit dry due to AC

Great new facilities and clean. The only issue that I found was that the AC kept the room very dry therefore it was too dry in the evenings.

My Room, it was not clean. I took some pictures and take it to the front desk. I asked to speak to Manager. They say they will get back with me and never happened. My shower door was incredible duty. Also, we have an issue with the air condition. Over night time. It was leaking Water All Over The Room and ice four days later after my departure time, still not here from the management of the hotel Definitely bad experience.

Didn’t like the restaurant manager asking for tips while requesting feedback. Pretty noisy early in the morning. Very dirty construction workers (about 30) checked on the hotel at the same time we did the first night. Nothing against time but made us feel like we were staying at a motel 6 despite staying at a very nice hotel. They didn’t keep their distance and were pretty loud, makes me wonder if they were the ones making the noise the next morning at around 6 ish. :(

Horrible hotel se ve barato pero sale caro huele horrible no está limpio bastante ruido no deja dormir la habitación es de ácido pequeña el personal es poco amable es muy difícil para andar a pie por la avenida que está enfrente etc por favor evita quedarte ahí no vale lo que cuesta es mejor un motel en el centro le doy una estrella porque no puedo darle menos
