Great Hotel in Historic Area

This is an excellent choice for a stay in the CENTRO historico. The staff was great and very responsive to our needs and requests. The pillows were uncomfortable for my neck and there was no option to get something that worked better for me. I asked but received no options. The other minor issue was the bathroom sink, which drained slowly. We reported this as well but it was still drains slowly when we left. It is a very old hotel but is in really nice condition. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we are in Guadalajara!

The concierge Frank was really good. He spoke good English which really helped us out. He suggested excellent restaurants and arranged transportation to them as well. Both meals were fantastic. He also arranged for hotel shuttle to take us to bus depot upon our departure. The hotel was really well located in the historic area. Definitely walkable to all tge highlights. A wonderful stay and will stay there again when we are in Guadalajara.

My friend and I loved this property! It’s in a great central location and it was easy to walk everywhere. Check-in was easy and fast. Breakfast was nice to get our day going. The pool was wonderful after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again.

House Keeping

Suzy from house cleaning was amazing, my wife suffered a stroke and she immediately assisted by getting us a cab getting my wife to the closests hospital. She secured our rooms and made sure our rooms were well taken care as well. We cant thank her enough for everything she did to assist us.

This hotel is amazing, beautiful and very friendly and helpful staff. 5 minute walk to the main plaza square, wonderful breakfast. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Historic Hotel, old-fashioned service.

The hotel is beautiful. Service was on point. I found the pillows a bit hard and the door to our balcony did not lock, however we were up sufficiently high it did not pose a security concern. The breakfast buffet had many great options. The pool was absolutely lovely.

Beautuful Histroric Hotel

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Guadalajara, walking distance to the main square in Centro and many resturants and sights to see and explore. Hotel had a great breakfast and was nice to have a refreshing dip in the rooftop pool after a full day of activities.
