It is a beautiful hotel. Very well maintained and everyone is helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel for any visits to the center of Guadalajara.

Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that when we first got to our room the TV was not working there was no signal and it wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. I called the front desk and someone came up very fast and they were able to fix it. However, the remote had button options for Netflix and Disney+ but they did work. There were no apps for them on the TV and you couldn’t download them. So we decided to just watch from the channels there were. Sadly that was another let down since only 4 channels worked with visual and audio the rest were only audio and a black screen. My only recommendation is they invest in better TV and to make sure their TVs are up to date with the channel catalog. Other than that minor issue everything else was great. Friendly staff and very helpful!
