Decent but not lux

Decent place, good service but the rooms were a little mediocre and cold. It was also not exactly super close to things you might want to walk to in Colonia Américana.

Morning breakfast staff was friendly and attentive; on the other hand front desk staff lacked welcoming attitude. Also, the room we stayed at had a displeasing smell. To add, laundry service was ridiculous overpriced.

Loved the cleanliness of this hotel. The beds were also comfortable. A bit noisy being on a busy street. The gym saddened me. Two of the 3 machines were broken. They could definitely use an upgrade when what they offer equipment wise. Aside from this, the steam room and pool were wonderful and clean. Conveniently located right near an ooxo and a pharmacy if needed. Also. Lots of other things within walking distance as well. A big downfall for me was there was no fridge or mini microwave. (Fridge especially, as I had medicine that needed refrigeration) I would return for all of the good things I liked about this hotel :)
