Overall I would recommend this hotel. Beautiful old hacienda style hotel. It’s like stepping back in time. Clean. Beautifully decorated hotel and gardens. **We noticed they were seeking staff positions which might answer why the restaurant breakfast server was slow. Although there was only 3 tables occupied. I was given my breakfast order but no cutlery. No problem, we got up and got it ourselves. We asked for a tiny bit of ice for our water to go and she told me to go to the nearest convenience store. Nit picking , bad day, maybe, I was just a little taken aback. Limited parking.

This Boutique Hotel is located near a shopping center and Convention Center. The hotel is loaded with charm, and the staff were very kind. The building appeared to be in good state of repair. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning in the garden, the coffee was excellent! We will stay here again.

Karina was amazing, from the front of the house to the back all great staff. We did have one that keep questions us regarding our room if we actually were staying there, but she stopped after a let the front desk know.

I have stayed there several times in the past the staff is excellent. The rooms are very large and clean. The problem they have is parking is tight for a larger vehicle and the other is the beds are very hard.

This Hotel is unique as far as property and location.. no issues very safe/ quiet area. They did initially provide what was described- offered to guests and are attentive at reception. Location is very good and shopping area several minutes walking distance. Only negative reviews are important as expected as hotel guests.. is our Television signal was out of service the length of our stay 6 days even after reporting and requesting to get it corrected.. we asked and never got it fixed or updated, and as for getting bucket of ice cubes.. they sometimes had it available for 20 pesos for a small amount, and that’s if they had it available ( best to get your own) . As for the working staff I say they were very good us and had no problem, only for one person ( receptionist) who checked us in.. she pushed a tour offer to buy and go on, and asked us a couple times about if we want to get the ticket from her.. which as a guest that stayed here was visiting the city on another occasion- event and feel she was not happy we were not sold on it.. and felt her disappointment with us..on the remaining time, and felt uncomfortable, from this one employee, overall we made it thru and enjoyed the place other than other negative experience.
