property was old hacienda style. Great facility. Facility has two sections. One across the street from the main facility. we were impressed that although assigned to the building across the street, it had it's own pool and sitting area. Very well kept. Staff were amazing. You get two free drinks with the room.Bar tender was awesome and helped make our night very pleasant.

It’s a beautiful property that captures the beauty of Tlaquepaque with bright beautiful colors and not to mention all the greenery. It is quiet and peaceful and the food is delicious plus the service was exceptional. Would definitely stay again and most definitely recommending it.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The property is beautiful! The staff is amazing. We had breakfast at the restaurant located in the hotel and everything was delicious. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Hot tub wasnt working and staff was nice up until checkout date. Different staff was not as inviting on last day. Some details where not explained regarding their breakfast and drink vouchers that put a sour taste on an otherwise great stay. Lack of flexibility from staff on final day is what lowered my score. Hotel is very clean and inviting with lots of privacy to enjoy your stay.

Very nice and friendly towards us and our pet. Comfortable and classy establishment. Was confused when try to take my service animal into the restaurant and was denied entrance due to not allowing animals in the restaurant, not even service animals. When asked why, i was told that other guests felt uncomfortable. Totally contradicts a pet friendly establishment and violates government laws.
