The property is in a nice location. The parking is confusing and you have to use a public pay lot. The rooms are showing age with dings and nicks and closet doors, baseboards etc. and could use a refresh. The towels are old, worn and gray. Overall a nice stay, just needs some attention as expectations are high at this price point.

El hotel habia sobre vendio el hospedaje y no tenían la habitación disponible que habiamos reservado. Nosotros viajamos cada 3 semanas a Guadalajara para reuniones de nuestras clínicas medicas y usualmente nos hospedamos en el hotel Grand Fiesta Americana. Esta es la primera vez que nos hospedamos con ellos y pensamos que el servicio y los alimentos eran comparables a los otros hoteles por el precio de sus habitaciones y buffet. Nos hemos hospedado en el Grand Fiesta Americana, Hyatt Regency, JW Marriott o Hilton Midtown. El servicio durante el desayuno fue pésimo. Les recomiendo tener más personal porque el único chef no se daba abasto con la cantidad de huéspedes. Muchos de ellos esperaron más de 30 minutos por un simple huevo o omelet. En mi caso, casi todo estaba vacio en la barra. Así que no tuve otra opción y ordene una tetela, se llevó más de 30 minutos y al probarla estaba cruda, el relleno estaba revuelto con la masa cruda. Las charolas de embutidos, quesos frutas, panes y hasta la charola que debería tener huevos revueltos junto a el tocino estuvo vacía por todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. Mi esposo pidió un vaso de agua cuando llegamos y el mesero la llevo después de 30 minutos ya cuando nos retirabamos.
