I always stay at NH Collection during my visit to Guadalajara. Have been here many times over the last 3 years. The hotel is great. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choices: fresh fruits, fresh squeezed juices, etc. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants within 1-3 minutes walk. One of my favorite - Portofino is in the same building. Highly recommend for either business or pleasure.

Excellent staff and property in a great location.

Excellent staff throughout the hotel…front desk, concierge, restaurant, room service, and housekeeping…everyone was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. The only thing that could be improved is the towels…the mostly old and worn towels are only thing that don’t fit in the otherwise great hotel.

The hotel is in a nice area. It is very clean. Housekeeping and front desk are very friendly and answered any questions we had. Lots of restaurants and places to eat. The lobby is very tiny, but comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.
