Loved the location (it is a big city so don’t expect perfect clean quiet neighborhood conditions). Very walkable and accessible. Hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely picked a perfect spot. Smooth airport transportation assistance. (350 pesos). Elevator was a plus. Breakfast was simple but just right for the price and time, open until late. The only thing I wasn’t too sure about was the jetted tub and the water color. Picked the room especially for that but didn’t use it because of my own doubts with the color of the water and run down tub. It was too late at night to have someone check it out but also was too tired. Other than that my family enjoyed it a lot. (family of 4 including 2 toddlers ).

Don’t be fooled, the pictures used in the postings are 10x better than the actual condition of the room. I stayed in their grand suite and the hot tub didn’t work. AC was horrible, it was near the end of its cycle.
