Dejé mi dinero y documentos que necesitaba el día de mi check in en la caja de seguridad y cuando necesite abrirla no funcionó, no pudieron arreglarla por qué la llave la tenía una persona que no estaba en turno y me dijeron que tenía que esperar.. ni siquiera una disculpa por el inconveniente o alguna solución al tema Solo fue un no se puede arreglar.. es tu problema y mañana se resuelve Tuve que mover algunos planes del día siguiente y ese mismo día por tener que esperar

Genial la suite, cómoda, super amplia y tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estancia (cafetera, plancha, secadora de cabello etc), el tener 2 tv's (una para los niños y una para mí y mi esposo) fue un lujo, además de que las pantallas son super modernas, el blackout está bien instalado, casi no entra luz, hay suficientes almohadas (no las mínimas como en muchos hoteles en los que hay que estar pidiendo más de todo porque lo dan muy contado) La comida del buffet de desayuno estaba muy buena en sabor y en variedad. Otros detalles importantes fue que el agua de la alberca estaba templada, muy disfrutable. La vdd no me imaginaba que me iba a llevar tan buen sabor de boca de nuestra estancia, me sorprendió gratamente el hitel. Sin duda regresaría.
