i am staying 20th floor. I had easy check in process, room is very spacious and clean. Negative bathroom shower handle is broke. i have asked reception to look at but it has not been fixed. Room service is excellent and food selection is great. Negative: breakfast could have bigger selection as well as i hate the fact that i have to line up to get simple foods like screamed eggs. there was no bacon either. Overall its a nice hotel, nice building, i would improve breakfast and property maintance.
