Everything is ok except the cleaning of the room, the internet and they have not a hair dryer, beside that is a good place to stay.

The pictures looked great! Not! First, they gave us the wrong suite! And…it was dirty! The housekeeper came up to clean it when we went out. No noted difference! No plastic trash can liners. One sad was cloth never replaced. There was a room service menu with a phone number that didn’t work! When asking the Front Desk about room service or most anything…they knew nothing! Very disappointed!

Neighbors would play loud music and having loud conversations first 3 nights there. Finally on the 3rd night decided to report it. But nothing happened and on 4th night was told to contact the owners. Owners never got back about noise or possibility of relocating. Security were notified and they told neighbors to quiet down. Concierge also told us gym was closed.
