Great place to stay

Great hotel in the providencia area of Guadalajara. The room was decent size and we had balcony with a nice view of the city. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to include allowing us to do early check in with no fee. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Safe neighborhood with lots ro do. Not far from bosque los colmos if you would like to take a nice jog or walk in during your stay.

The room was excellent! Top floor with an extraordinary view from the City of Zapopan. We did the upgrade to a bigger room on the top floor and it worth the price. Excellent hotel, very clean and spacious rooms with an awesome balcony view. Hotel located in Providencia with multiple walkable restaurants. Driving distance to the main malls such as Andares and Landmark is within 15-20 minute. Definitely staying in Voco on my next visit to GDL.

Beautiful room, great food and friendly staff. My only complaint is the shower drain. It smelled a bit like sewer. Someone came in to look at it and took care of the problem a day later the smell came back.
