El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y es moderno. Lo mejor de ese hotel es la señora Fatima. Ella atiende muy cordial y amable y siempre con una sonrisa y hizo que nuestra estadia fuera aun mejor.

Decent hotel, but not truly a boutique facility. It’s clearly a remodeled house in an awesome location (downtown) but sadly the place (and room surroundings) had a stinky smell. The hotel had a permanent odor to fried chicken and the view from our suite was to a neighboring alley with a stench of trash.

Loved the atmosphere…hated the air conditioner in the room which when operating had a constant drip onto wooden floors, soaking both floors and area rug…told front desk, no repair made during my stay…not so boutique as advertised.

Reception gave us four different rates for the same room. The man that helped us at the counter was rude and dishonest. He started with a really high rate and went down from there and even his lowest price didn’t beat Expedia’s pricing. I had to book through Expedia while I was there waiting with my whole family. After I booked through Expedia he was very rude and obviously upset about the outcome. As a VIP member, we get a free welcome beverage he didn’t give us our beverage and it wasn’t offered. Very disappointed that this incident ruined my perspective about the property and our stay. There are many other places that are very nice to stay at nearby. However we chose this property because the kids were tired. Otherwise, I would’ve kept looking because I do not like giving my business to these kind companies. Beware on the prices given in person as they are not accurate and they will try to get the most they could get.
