We stayed at Nueve 25 for my fiances birthday celebration. As we approached our Hotel we were both in awe, the hotel is so close to the church, and literally everything. We didn't need a taxi because we can walk everywhere. The staff was super friendly and it seemed everyone enjoyed working there. Our room was so beautiful and dreamy, a perfect fit. We enjoyed the free breakfast they provided. Good service and delicious food. The staff was also incredible when they personally helped me with the arrangements of my fiancé's engagement. I couldn't do it without them. I hope this message reaches the owner because I will forever recommend this place and the staff for going the extra mile. Wow! This property is incredible. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the stunning terrace. Upon our arrival, the staff welcomed us with warmth and friendliness, making us feel genuinely cared for rather than just another guest. Although we arrived before check-in time and our room wasn’t ready, they promptly communicated with the cleaning staff, and within minutes, our room was prepared. The rooms themselves are beautiful, and we loved that each one is named after a precious stone—it adds a lovely touch. During check-in, they offered to communicate via WhatsApp, which I didn’t think I’d need. However, when I requested the menu for the in-house restaurant, they quickly sent me a PDF. I also asked for items like a toothbrush and toothpaste through WhatsApp, and they arrived at our room within minutes. We ordered room service and were pleasantly surprised that we weren’t limited to dinner options; even late at night, they offered us breakfast. Everything was perfect! The restaurant serves delicious food, and all the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. If I return to the area, I will definitely stay here again. I absolutely loved it!

The location of this hotel is perfect. This property was perfect our family of four. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff very kind and helpful. We requested a late checkout which was honored until 1pm the time after that was at a reasonable charge since e needed the room until 6:30pm.

I was just for one night, went for a concert. It was pricy for the kind of experience, really. Not even a night visit to check that the room was lovely before I came back from the event, like I've experienced in other hotels. But what really throw my off, was that they charged the room to my card without notifying me ahead, even when I specified that I was going to pay directly at the hotel. Other than that, it was a pretty average experience. Some of the staff are great, others not so much early in the morning. The best thing was the location, very near to where all the magic of Guanajuato takes place. Thank you!

Nueve 25 Boutique is an amazingly elegant hotel. It's location is absolutely the best--almost across the street from the cathedral in in the middle of center city. The interior design of this formerly elegant and huge private home is beautifully done, with contempo art, sculpture, and furnishings. We had a fabulous interior suite, with soaring ceilings and a comfortable bed. The staff is first rate. The complementary breakfast was unusually generous and tasty. You cannot go wrong with this hotel if you are fortunate enough to score a reservation.
