Guanajuato Vacation Packages

The towels in the room were very old and dingy. They also smell bad. The facility was not kept up.

Perfect location, but needs maintenance, plus some issues with hot water. Also our room had one window that opened directly to first floor restaurant inside hotel, but the pictures give impression its a room maybe with a balcony. So be careful you may get that room.

Staff are the best part of this hotel. So helpful and kind and the breakfast attendants are no exception. Room was clean, big and the balcony was a special treat.

This is a fabulous location right on the plaza, steps to the university. Be aware Guanajuato in that area is 24/7 with the clubs getting out at 5 am, so ask for a room in the back if that bothers you. Otherwise the front rooms with balconies are spectacular, so bring your noise cancelling earpods or headphones to sleep. The breakfast is great and walking distance to everything. They can set up tours for you. Friendly staff, we loved our short stay.

The staff was super rude while checking in and had an attitude the entire time. In the morning we asked for a cup of hot water for a tea they gave us attitude and never came with it after waiting 20 mins
