Front desk is ok, someone don’t know smile to people is important. Chinese Restaurant dim sum is very good, price is reasonable. Gyms no staff duty , so air condition is off. Swimming pool I like it .

I love the fact that thier was a beautiful park right next to the hotel a short taxi ride to great shopping and sights. What i didnt like is that they had no fridge in the room..

Very good value for money. I understood the hotel to be non smoking yet there are ash trays and matches in the room. Also through the air conditioning fumes from cigarette smoke circulates. Not really bad but irratating.

this is my second stay. great hotel for the canton fair. they have a shuttle to the fair and i believe to some shopping areas as well. great breakfast with a wide selection of food. the only down side was the pool--if no one is using it, they shut it down early. By the time i returned to hotel from canton fair and had dinner, the cleaning crew had already shut it down. a bummer but given everything else, i would stay again.

Hotel staffs are nice but speaks no english at all, I mean it, no kidding, felt like time rolled back 15 years here. No internet connection to google, youtube, etc, most all US sites are either blocked or extremely slow. Shuttle bus to the Fair takes 20 to 50 min. depending on traffic is a big minus. Traffic noise pretty loud starting 2am every single night, even on 18th floor. Nothing around hotel just couple of convenience stores 10 min walk. Only plus is the cost. I will not stay again, I need google(gmail) for work, need youtube cuz I need entertainment at night time, I don’t want be stuck in bus for 45 mins after walking all day at the fair. And I don’t want to look for that one guy who speaks english every time I need something.

This property is not ready to receive international guests, even thought they managed to affiliate themselves with the canton fair. At any time there were only 2 English speakers the entire building, the assistant and general manager. You can imagine how tiring it becomes getting passed around/waiting to speak with them. I had to change rooms twice before I found one that was comfortable. The first had mould on the wall, the second smelt like a fireplace. Both times I moved it was a hassle, with pushback and no assistance from the hotel. There was a day that the power was off, the hotel arranged transport to a local mall as recompense. I waited an hour an a half for this bus and it never showed up. Eventually I persuaded them to take me in the hotel car which they did begrudgingly, but when I went to the pickup point 15 mins before the scheduled time I was left waiting again, and the transportation never showed up. I ended up having to flag a taxi and make my own way back which is extremely difficult as a foreigner in China. The food in the restaurants is appaling, when I tried to enter the VIP restaurant thinking it might be better, I was escorted back into the loft! The final problem was the airport transfer as I finally left; I was on the red eye flight and the manager told me he spoke to their driver and he didn't want to take me as it would mean a long day for him the next day! Never have I come across such abismal service from a hotel in my 21 years tr
